You can find a link to The Canterbury Tales online on either the "Links" or the "3rd Six Weeks Documents" pages. This is a pretty cool page that lets you play around and compare the Middle English to the Modern English--check it out.
I've updated the "3rd Six Weeks Documents" section with all of your assignments, including some you haven't seen yet. Feel free to browse ahead and look at the Best Books Rough Draft Checklist or the Best Books Presentation Tips Sheet.
And finally, check your email over Thanksgiving break. My intention is to email you guys with feedback from your outlines. It may not be beautifully formatted and phrased--I'll probably just type comments right into the email form as I grade--but at least you'll have some sort of feedback right away.
